The program consists of three 90-minute sessions designed to fit your schedule. Whether your team works in-person, remotely or a mix of both, we can accommodate your needs. The sessions are high energy, interactive and a lot of fun. Everyone will be encouraged to get involved and will gain some experience interviewing and facilitating.

Your team will gain working knowledge in HCD principles and methodologies. They'll collaboratively begin developing abilities like planning & conducting research, empathising with people and structuring your data for others to utilise.
Everyone will receive a certification upon completion and will have foundational knowledge allowing them to undertake further HCD training from us or any other reputable design education provider.
