Equiclaim helps everyday Australians tackle the complexities of financial regulation. They asked us to help them digitise and simplify a new application process for their customers, along with the strategy for taking their service online for the first time.
We kicked things off with a one-day intensive workshop alongside Equiclaim and key technical partner. This collaborative session jump started the process, allowing us to define product strategy, user needs, and a technical roadmap – all within a single day. This streamlined approach ensured we rapidly delivered a release plan for a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that prioritised the core user goal: initiating the application process digitally.
We complimented the product strategy work by building a user-friendly website connecting the new claim process to a CRM for easy application management and automation of back-end processes - ultimately elevating the customer experience by allowing the Equiclaim team to focus their attention on the highest value tasks. We produced a branding toolkit for use in their current marketing and a clear roadmap for the Equiclaim team to continue building services into the future.
